Every fashion brand hires graphic designers to design the decoration of the designs like embroidery and print designs. That's why Designersupport is responsible for the 'elective course' fashion graphics and dessins' at Dutch ROC fashion schools and have written the qualification dossier for the schools. In this course you will learn to design fashion graphics and dessin repeats using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You will learn important typographic techniques that occur regularly while designing fashion graphics. You will learn to create artworks that have a vivid, sometimes 'vintage' look. Tutor Onno Rijpstra creates artworks and dessins for a large scale of top brands for over 20 years. He is happy to carrie out the course fashion graphics and dessins with adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for you.

• Draw / paint handcrafted art for all-over repeat dessins. 
• Create repeats in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 
• Learn how to prepare repeats for the manufacturer garment style sheet. 
• Learn how to use the Adobe artificial intelligence module Firefly to create and edit artworks and dessins in both Illustrator, Photoshop as well as on the Firefly website.

Met Adobe Illustrator en Photoshop

14 uur les verdeeld over twee lesdagen

Elk kledingmerk huurt grafisch ontwerpers in om de versiering op de kleding zoals borduur en print te ontwerpen. Daarom hebben wij voor alle ROC mode opleidingen het keuzedeel 'mode-artworks en dessins' bedacht en daar voor het kwalificatiedossier geschreven. In deze cursus ga jij leren om fashion graphics en dessins te maken met Adobe Illustrator en Photoshop. Je leert belangrijke typografische technieken die vaak voorkomen in fashion graphics en je leert bijvoorbeeld werken met levendig beschadigd lijkende graphics te werken. Je gaat op een manier artworks maken die veel voor komen in de mode. En je gaat leren hoe je een herhalend patroon voor een dessin maakt in zowel Illustrator en Photoshop. Ook ga je leren hoe je een dessin optimaal kan verwerken in het kleding stijldocument voor de fabrikant. Onno Rijpstra werkt al ruim twintig jaar als specialist op het gebied van artworks en dessins voor een groot scala aan topmerken. Hij gaat deze cursus voor jou verzorgen.

Na deze workshop zal jij in staat zijn om:

• Veel voorkomende typografische fashion graphic technieken uit te voeren.
• Veel voorkomende technieken om borduur artworks te maken zoals een geborduurd wapen op een vilten schild.
• Zeefdruk print op de juiste manier maken zodat het automatisch kleurgescheiden kan worden geprint naar PDF.
• Vintage damage bitmaps te maken die je kan hergebruiken.
• Het gereedschap Vormen Maken optimaal te benutten om een bijvoorbeeld schild artwork te tekenen in 1 minuut (!).
• Handgemaakte art voor het ontwerpen van herhalende all-over patronen te maken. 
• Herhalende all-over dessins met Illustrator en met Photoshop maken. 
• Herhalende all-over dessins geschikt maken voor het kleding ontwerp document voor de fabrikant. 
• Leer hoe je de Adobe kunstmatige intelligentie module Firefly optimaal kan benutten voor het maken en bewerken van artworks. In zowel Illustrator, Photoshop en op de Firefly website.
